Mix voor Conimex Miehoen Speciaal

Mihoen Speciaal is a spicy stir-fry dish from Singapore. The smell of the delicious spice mix makes you think you are walking through a spice market in Singapore. It is made with a lot of spices, delicious Mihoen noodles, fresh vegetables and marinated (pork) meat. Included in one pack are: Spice mix 28 g, marinade 11 g.

What do I need to prepare Mihoen Speciaal?
-250 g mushrooms
-1 red pepper
-1 leek
-100 g ham in strips
-200 g (pork) meat
-250 g mihoen
-wok oil

Preparation of Mihoen Speciaal:

1. cook Mihoen noodles
2. cut meat into pieces, marinate and let stand in the marinade mix with wok oil for 5 - 10 minutes.
3. cut mushrooms and peppers into pieces and cut leek into rings.
4. fry the meat and bacon strips until golden brown. 5.
5. add the vegetables and fry
6. add the spice mix and the Miehoen and mix all the ingredients on a low flame.

For even more variation:
-Garnish the dish with fried onions.
-Add 125 g of pineapple chunks or 125 g of sweetcorn.
