Koopmans Backing Mixes
Koopmans, founded in 1846, is the Dutch baking specialist. It began with buckwheat flour for pancakes and grains, and soon new products were added. Self-raising baking flour (1935) is a solution and Koopmans introduces a mixture for oliebollen (1989). Nowadays it is impossible to imagine a cake, poffertjes or pancakes that cannot be baked with Koopmans mix. And the pancakes that started it are a Dutch celebration on the table.
