Conimex Boemboe Rode Curry, 95 g
With this Thai red curry, with smart red pepper and lemongrass, you can prepare a spicy, asian dish full of flavour - in less than 20 minutes and completely without artificial colouring! . So that you can enjoy your fresh, crispy Asian dish without a guilty conscience, the Conimex Boemboe Rode Curry has been formulated with an eye to the salt and sugar content in the sauce - making it even more fun to enjoy.

Preparation
For the preparation you need: 350g chicken breast, 100g peas, 100g cherry tomatoes, 300g rice, 200ml Conimex coconut milk and Conimex wok oil.

1.Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
2.Wash the peas and halve the tomatoes. Then cut the chicken into cubes.
3.Heat 2 tbsp wok oil in a wok and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown. Add the peas briefly as well.
4.Add the spice paste and coconut milk, and 3-4 tbsp water. Bring to the boil while stirring.
5.Finally, add the tomatoes and heat together for about 2 minutes.
