Frozen Food Shipping

Important information about shipping frozen products
Frozen products are shipped exclusively by DHL Express. The goods are packed deep-frozen with cooling elements in a polystyrene box and delivered to you in frozen condition within 24-48 hours after dispatch in Germany. Please note that with frozen products there is an ACCEPTANCE DUTY by the recipient, as the cold chain must not be interrupted. We therefore do NOT ship to packing stations or post offices. We ship, frozen Food, on Mondays - Thursdays and only within Germany. Frozen products are excluded from the free shipping limit.

We ship from Germany with DHL Express.

Price of frozen goods
The price of frozen goods always includes a flat rate for packaging. We use dry ice and polystyrene packaging to ship frozen food, which allows the products to arrive frozen for up to 48 hours.

Obligation to accept frozen products
By ordering frozen products in our online shop, you agree and guarantee that your parcel with frozen products can be accepted immediately at the specified delivery address.
This is of great importance for frozen goods, as they are perishable foods.
We do not ship to packing stations or post offices. Please always ensure acceptance.
You will be informed by e-mail when your parcel has been dispatched.

Why can't I order frozen products worldwide?
The Dutch snacks are deep-frozen. Accordingly, they must be refrigerated throughout the entire transport route to the customer.
We use appropriate cooling elements and packaging for dispatch, so that the goods arrive frozen even with 48-hour Experss dispatch abroad.
Unfortunately, we are unable to adhere to this dispatch time in all countries and therefore do not offer it. We ask for your understanding.
