The kibbeling should be prepared frozen.
Important information on shipping frozen products
Frozen products are only shipped with DHL Express. The goods are packed frozen with cooling elements in a polystyrene box and delivered to you frozen within 24 hours of dispatch. Please note that the recipient is obliged to accept the frozen products, as the cold chain must not be interrupted. We therefore do NOT ship to packing stations or post offices.
