The Kwekkeboom Oven Black Angus XL bitterball is filled with the best meat from Angus cattle. Grazing in the meadow, Aberdeen Angus cattle are outside all year round. Good grass and plenty of drinking troughs characterise the South American landscape from which our cows originate. Outside air, plenty of exercise and natural nutrition - that's what makes our meat taste so good. Superior taste, tender meat. Exactly as you would expect from Kwekkeboom.

Please note: product is not suitable for frying.

Preparation:
(Hot-air) oven: Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Place the frozen Bitterballen on an oven rack. Slide the oven rack into the middle of the oven. Place a drip tray underneath so that the oven remains clean. For the best result, do not use baking paper or ovenproof paper. Bake the Bitterballen for 10 minutes. Remove the Bitterballen from the oven and leave them to rest for at least 2 minutes outside the oven, to ensure the best possible crispness.
Airfryer: Preheat the airfryer to 200°C. Place the frozen Bitterballen in the basket. Prepare the Bitterballen in 6 minutes. Remove the Bitterballs from the airfryer and let them rest for at least 2 minutes outside the oven, for optimal crispness.

For best results, we recommend preparing the Bitterballen in a hot air oven or airfryer. The times mentioned are averages. We therefore advise you to try out the exact preparation time.
