Details

The first bite of a kroket perhaps the tastiest. The crunchy and crispy crust that cracks when you sink your teeth into it. That is the sensation offered by the Kwekkeboom Oven Croquettes. The crispy bite is followed by a deliciously creamy ragout made from the best beef. Crispy on the outside, delicious on the inside. Exactly as you would expect from Kwekkeboom.

Preparation:
Oven: 1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC. 2. Place the frozen corquettes on an oven rack. Slide the oven grid into the middle of the oven. Place a collection tray underneath so that the oven remains clean. For best results, do not use baking paper or an oven dish. 3. Bake the croquettes for 13 minutes. 4. Remove the croquettes from the oven and leave them to rest outside the oven for at least 2 minutes, to ensure optimum crispness.

Airfryer: 1. Preheat the Airfryer to 200ºC. 2. Place the frozen croquettes in the basket. 3. Prepare the croquettes in 9 minutes. 4. Remove the croquettes from the Airfryer and let them rest for at least 2 minutes outside the Airfryer, for optimal crispness.

For optimal results, we recommend to prepare the croquettes in a hot air oven or airfryer. The times mentioned are averages. We therefore advise you to try out the exact preparation time.
