++ NEW: Express shipping ++ now
From now on, our frozen products will only be shipped via DHL Express, as we are switching to a new cooling method. By direct we also only ship within Germany. As usual, there are special shipping days during the week. However, these have been supplemented by the express dispatch by two further days. TK products are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Orders for same day shipping must be received and paid for by 11am. There will be no shipping before holidays.

The recipient is still obliged to accept the order in order to guarantee the cold chain. Shipping to a post office or packing station is unfortunately not possible.

All snacks from the Netherlands can be ordered online. These are packed frozen and shipped to you in a polystyrene box. The costs for the deep-freeze dispatch are already included in the article price, plus forwarding expenses.
Please note that frozen goods are only shipped on Monday or Wednesday of a week, so that the goods can arrive before the weekend.
Orders are therefore always dispatched on the following dispatch date after receipt of the order. Frozen orders received by Friday 12:00 noon will be shipped on Mondays. Orders received by Tuesday 12 noon will be shipped on Wednesday. After dispatch you will receive information with your consignment number. We do not ship frozen goods to packing stations and would also like to ask you to select a shipping address that guarantees the receipt of the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot assume any liability for default in acceptance. Please take this into account when placing your order.
