The Dutch croquette- a true snack classic.
These delicious meat croquettes from Holland have a delicious beef ragout filling. In addition, the breading is a little thicker than the croquettes for the deep fryer, so that they also get a crispy golden brown crust in the oven.

How do you eat the meat croquettes?
In the Netherlands, meat croquettes are often sold in snack bars. In snack bars, meat croquettes are one of the most popular products, along with frikandel and bitterballen, and are eaten with pleasure by the Dutch. The snacks are all deep-fried and eaten warm. Traditionally, the meat croquette is eaten in a soft bun with mayonnaise or plain with a little mustard.

Mora has gone to great lengths to develop a delicious top-quality croquette for all those people who don't have a deep fryer, or who want to eat more consciously and with less fat, but still don't want to miss out on the traditional hearty croquettes from the Netherlands.

Preparation in the oven:
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the frozen Mora beef croquettes in the middle of an oven rack or tray. Heat the croquettes for approx. 14 min. Then leave to rest for approx. 2 min - delicious!

Preparation in the Airfryer:
Preheat the Airfyer at 200 degrees. Cook the frikandel for approx. 13 min. - Heerlijk!

Frozen products are only sent by DHL Express. The goods are packed deep-frozen with cooling elements in a Styrofoam box and delivered to you in frozen condition within 24 hours after dispatch. Please note that with frozen products there is an ACCEPTANCE DUTY by the recipient, as the cold chain must not be interrupted. We therefore do NOT ship to packing stations or post offices.
