Babi Pangang Sauce is THE basis for delicious Indonesian meat dishes. The Conimex Babi Pangangsaus spice blend is made from carefully selected ingredients, the best spices. Conimex Babi Pangangsaus tastes wonderful with rice and meat dishes.

Preparation of the sauce:

Simply stir the spice mixture of Conimex Babi Pangangsaus into 200 ml of boiling water, then stir well and the delicious sauce is ready.

Preparation Babi Pangang:

You will need the following products for this:

-500g sliced pork meat
-2 tsp Conimex Djahé (ginger)
-1 tsp Conimex garlic powder
-1 tsp Conimex Laos
-1 tsp onion powder
-2 tbsp Conimex Ketjap Manis

1. Mix the djahé, garlic powder, laos and onion powder into a marinade and place the meat in it.

2. Fry the meat until hot and then add the other ingredients and simmer over a low heat until cooked through.

3. Serve the Babi Pangang meat with rice and the delicious Babi Pangang sauce.
