Van Dobben beef Bitterballen are quick and easy to prepare: they only take 5 minutes to cook in a deep fryer at 175 °C, without defrosting. For defrosted bitterballen, the preparation time is reduced to about 3.5 minutes – so they are ready to serve in no time.

Please note that with frozen products there is an ACCEPTANCE DUTY by the recipient, as the cold chain must not be interrupted. We therefore do NOT ship to packing stations or post offices.
