What do you need for typical Dutch Buttercake:
- 1 Pack Koopmans buttercake
- 200 g butter
- 1 beaten egg (everything at room temperature)

How do I make butter cake?
- place the grid in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven.
- Grease the springform Pan spray with butter or margarine or use the (Dr. Oetker).
- Stir the butter soft in a mixing bowl and add the mix and two-thirds of the beaten egg.
- Knead with a mixer with dough hooks to a cohesive dough.
- Put the dough in the form.
- Press the rounded side of the dough with a wet spoon out in the form.
- Brush the pastry with the rest of the beaten egg.
- Trek angled lines in the dough with a fork, so that a diamond pattern.
- Fry the butter cake in about 25 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
- Let the butter cake about 1 hour to cool before you delete the shape
