Conimex Boemboe Rendang 

Bumbu Rendang is an exquisite mix of various spices made for stewed beef dishes. The tasty Conimex Bumbu Rendang mix includes red pepper and lemongrass. This original Indonesian dish is prepared in a wok. Besides Conimex Wok oil you need rice, beans and one pound of beef or chicken for this dish. add yourself 500 g of beef steak cut into strips (or 500 g Chicken Breast), 300 g rice, 800 g beans and Conimex Wok oil.
And, if necessary, seroendeng of Conimex.

1. heat 2 tablespoons wok oil in a wok and fry the beef in this Brown.
2. Add the paste and 300 ml water.
3. bring it to a boil while stirring and put the lid on the pan.
4. let it all boil down to approx. 50 min. the sauce has the desired thickness. Stir frequently by the pan.
5. Cook the beans.
Serving Tip: serve the Rendang with white rice and the beans. And Conimex Seroendeng also tastes good with this dish. Also a bit of satay sauce by Calve or Wijko, these sauces around the typical Indonesian dish completely.
