With Verstegen Mix voor Gehakt Slagersrecept you can make delicious, spicy meatballs from simple minced meat, in the traditional Merzger style. A mild mix with the taste of hot spices such as pepper and nutmeg, make this mix from Verstegen so special.

What you need to add yourself ( for 4 pers. ):
500g minced meat, 1 egg if required.

Preparation instructions:
Mix the minced meat with the Verstegen Mix voor Gehakt Slagersrecept and add 1 egg if necessary. Shape the mixture into meatballs and fry them over a moderate heat until brown.
Variation tip: Also suitable for making snack meatballs. Form small balls with a diameter of 3-4 cm and fry for about 15 minutes until nicely browned and cooked.
