Knorr Wereldgerechten for indianse Kip Madras,250g

Kip Madras is an Indian dish with chicken and a creamy curry sauce, plus beans and an apple make the dish a real taste sensation.
In the Knorr cooking pack you get each:
1 bag of rice
1 bag of sauce
1 bag of marinade

Shopping list with extra vegetables:
225g chicken breast, 300g green beans, spring onions, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 apple and 125g crème fraiche.

Preparation:
1. mix the included spice mixture with oil and marinate the pre-diced chicken breast in it for approx. 10 min.
Wash and halve the beans and cook for approx. 5 minutes. 3.
Cook the rice mixture in plenty of water for approx. 14 minutes. 3.
In the meantime, chop the remaining vegetables. 4.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the chicken in it until golden brown. Then add the chopped onion and fry lightly. Then add the tomatoes and fry for another minute. 5.
5. add the sauce mixture and 350 ml of water and bring to the boil while stirring.
6. now add the apple and green beans and simmer everything together for about 2 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the crème fraiche. Finally, sprinkle the spring onions over the top and serve the Chicken Madras separately from the rice.
