Unox Gelderse rookworst is the original smoked sausage from the Netherlands, perfectly seasoned for various typical Dutch dishes. Add an original Unox smoked sausage to Hutspot, as the Dutch name their famous mashed patatoes with carrots. Unox smoked sausage consists of pork meat, which has been flavored with rosemarin. Hutspot is a national dish in Holland which is eaten in remembrance of the Dutch victory over Spain in the independence wars after 1575, especially the relieve of the town of Leiden. Another typical Dutch potato stew is borecole and of course Unox Gelderse rookworst is delicious with borecole too. But you may also enjoy your Unox smoked suasage with some French fries and ketchup. Unox is the most wellknown producer of meat dishes, soups and noodles in the Netherlands.
