Rademakers Hopjes are a Dutch sweet speciality made from sugar, cream, coffee and butter.
The popular coffee sweets from Holland have been traditional in the Netherlands since the 18th century and are still very popular today. One of the first producers of the delicious coffee sweets Hopjes was J.P. Rademaker, after these sweets were also named. Since the confectioner Rademaker came from The Hague, the sweets were often called Haagse Hopjes. All sweets are individually wrapped in paper.
