    - 1 pack of Koopmans Multigrain Bread
    - 250 ml cold water
    - 20 g butter or margarine

    Preparation for the bread machine
    - Put 250 ml of water in the baking tin.
    - Then add the bread mix and the 20 g butter.
    - Set the breadmaker to the desired program (e.g. normal) and start the program.
    - Allow the baked bread to cool on a wire rack.

    Because breadmakers are available with different capacity sizes, it is best to consult the user manual of the breadmaker.

    - 1 pack of Koopmans Multigrain Bread
    - 250 ml lukewarm water
    - 20 g butter or margarine (at room temperature)

    Electric oven: 220°C
    Fan oven: 200°C
    Gas oven: level 5-6
    Preparation: 20 min. Rice time: 45 min. Baking time: approx. 25 min.

    Preparation for the oven
    1. Put the mix and the butter in a mixing bowl (if necessary, keep one level tablespoon of mix behind for decoration) and add the 250 ml water.
    2. Using a mixer with dough hooks, knead for about 4 minutes until you have a smooth dough.
    3. Let the dough rise in the bowl, covered with cling film, for 10 minutes at room temperature.
    4. Press the dough flat and pull it out into a sheet.
    5. Fold the piece in thirds and press flat again.
    6. Roll the piece firmly into a rolling pin.
    7. Place the rolling pin with the seam down on a baking sheet with baking paper.
    8. If you want to decorate the bread with the remaining mix, brush it with water first. You can also add extra seeds and kernels if you like.
    9. Place a tea towel over the rolling pin and let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
    10. Preheat the oven 15 minutes before baking.
    11. Bake the bread at the bottom of the oven for about 25 minutes until done and browned.
