For this yummy Conimex dish you will need: 250g champigons, 250g snow peas, 350g rice, 500g unsalted pig patches and conimex wok oil.

Preparation:
1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
2. cut the pork into strips. Mix the marinademix with 3 tablespoons wok oil and marinate the meat strips approx 10 minutes.
3. clean the snow peas and the champigons and cut them into pieces.
4. bake the snow peas and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon wok oil ca 4. minutes.
5. Fry the meat strips in another pan until tender. Add a little wok oil.
6. put 300 ml water and the sausmix in a saucepan, bring it to the boil while stirring and heat a few minutes until it is the desired thickness.
7. take off the fat and serve the meat on a scale. Pour the warm sauce and serve the rice and vegetables separately.
