Beef croquettes gluten-free

Once a chic snack served mainly in nobleman's circles, the croquette has been on the rise since the Second World War. Every year, 300 million croquettes are eaten in the Netherlands; that is an average of 25 per person per year! All the more reason to include this popular delicacy in the VA Foods range. VA Foods has developed 2 variants:

Beef croquettes 4 x 80 grams.
Vegetable croquettes 4 x 80 grams.

Preparation advice: You can prepare this product in the deep fryer, oven with grill or Airfryer (see FAQ). For best quality, we advise you to fry the beef croquettes straight from the freezer and not to let them thaw.

Deep fryer: 7 minutes at 170 °C.
Oven with grill: 20 minutes at 190 °C. Turn the product regularly.
Airfryer: 11 minutes at 200 °C.

Please note: the times mentioned are averages. They may vary slightly.

To avoid cross-contamination, we recommend that you only use your kitchen appliances for allergen-free products. Residues from other products can remain in your appliances and result in your consuming allergens.

Important information about shipping frozen products
Frozen products are shipped exclusively by DHL Express. The goods are packed deep-frozen with cooling elements in a polystyrene box and delivered to you in frozen condition within 24 hours after dispatch. Please note that with frozen products there is an ACCEPTANCE DUTY by the recipient, as the cold chain must not be interrupted. We therefore do NOT ship to packing stations or post offices.
