The Frikandel is the most widely eaten snack in the Netherlands. Nevertheless, the popularity of the frikandel has declined in recent years. This is mainly because all sorts of artificial additives are increasingly being added to frikandells. But not at VA Foods: we make our frikandells without additives and with fresh ingredients, that's what it's all about. And that is what you taste!

Preparation advice: this product can be prepared in the deep fryer, oven with grill, Airfryer or frying pan (see FAQ). For the best quality, we advise you to fry the frikandells straight from the freezer and not to let them defrost.

In order to avoid cross-contamination, we recommend that you only use your kitchen appliances for allergen-free products. Residues from other products can remain in your appliances and result in your consuming allergens.

Important information about shipping frozen products
Frozen products are shipped exclusively by DHL Express. The goods are packed deep-frozen with cooling elements in a polystyrene box and delivered to you in frozen condition within 24 hours after dispatch. Please note that with frozen products there is an ACCEPTANCE DUTY by the recipient, as the cold chain must not be interrupted. We therefore do NOT ship to packing stations or post offices.
